Regional Recovery Hubs (hubs) serve as a central point of access for individuals seeking recovery support services and are individually assigned a designated region of counties.

Hubs provide peer support services through the employment of Certified Peer Support Professionals. Certified Peer Support Professionals (CPSPs), having lived experience with mental health, substance use disorder and/or gambling, provide one-on-one support and lead support groups.

Hubs also offer a variety of family support services and resources. These resources can include but are not limited to: assistance with finding housing, community resource navigation and recovery support groups.

recovery Community CENTERS

Recovery Community Centers are physical spaces in which the services of peer support take place. Peer support services are delivered by Certified Peer Support Professionals (CPSP). CPSPs use personal connection, person-centered care, and their shared understanding to navigate life in recovery.

Services provided by CPSPs are individual, face-to-face services that provide structured, scheduled activities that promote self-directed recovery, self-advocacy, development of natural supports, and a maintenance of community connections. CPSPs within an RCC provide individual and group peer support, offer social activities and allow individuals the opportunity to connect with others who have shared lived and/or living experiences navigating mental health and/or substance use challenges.

RCCs support individuals in building personal recovery capital, provide recovery advocacy and offer resource navigation.
